Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed from 2 to 5 business days.
Please note that choosing faster shipping method won’t change order processing time as orders are served in first come first served order.
Unfortunately because of technical limitations we can’t combine orders. The only way it can be done is by cancelling your unprocessed order and placing another one modified order.
Due to PayPal Purchase Protection requirement your order can only be shipped to the address you have in your PayPal account. In order, to avoid issues, please make sure to update your PayPal profile before placing your order.
Please note, that FlexRC won’t be responsible for lost packages in case of incorrect/not up to date shipping address.
Shipping / Lost Package
For faster delivery and your safety we recommend to choose Tracked Packet/Parcel as shipping method.
Post does not insure and does not guarantee delivery of untrackable packages, this is why orders without tracking will not be refunded if they are lost.
Bind and Fly (BNF) drones
BNF drones are assembled DIY kits and have selected receiver installed.
BNF drones are offered to customers who don’t want to spend time building themselves.
BNF drones are only suitable for experienced users who know how to use “Betaflight”, “Cleanflight” or other similar configuration tool to adjust settings to properly work with their equipment. Customer should know how to bind it to transmitter, how to change Video Transmitter channels and so on.
Inability to setup BNF drone to your liking will not be accepted as a reason for return/refund RMA.
Please note that any warranty is voided, if BNF drone has been crashed, repaired or disassembled.
Pre-order of Bind and Fly (BNF) drones
In cases when drone was pre-ordered (was not in stock at the moment of purchase) we will need up to 14 business days to complete your order. If parts required for assembly are not in stock wait time might extend till the moment we will have all the required parts back in stock.
Please note that once assembly service of the drone has started cancellation of the order isn’t possible because of the labor costs involved in this process. If you still will like to cancel it there will be $100 non-refundable fee which will have to keep to cover the costs associated with assembly service.
DIY Kits is prepackaged collection of parts which can be used to build selected drone at the discounted price.
We don’t guarantee that these parts will have ideal compatibility or will work together without issues.
You need to have great soldering skills a lot of experience to build and setup the drone.
Inability to build drone or setup it to your liking is not considered as a reason for return/refund RMA.
We don’t guarantee compatibility between parts, please do your research before making your purchase. It is especially important when you use parts purchased from other vendors.
Description of Lifetime Guarantee
We guarantee quality and strength of FlexRC designed frames ONLY and offer limited lifetime guarantee for them.
The way Lifetime Guarantee works is that if you’ve broke your FlexRC frame then just send us picture of it along with your original order number and we will get back to you with a coupon code which will let you purchase same frame for free, but you will still have to cover shipping of the product. Free replacement is only offered for originally purchased frame and replacement falls into regular warranty to be free of defects at the moment of receiving.
Lifetime Guarantee Limitations
- It only covers production frames designed and produced by FlexRC
- Picture of the broken frame and original FlexRC order number are required
- It does not cover replacements, samples, custom or modified designs, prototypes or products which are no longer available for purchase on the main FlexRC website
- Free replacement can only be offered when frame is currently in stock and it can’t be custom produced for free
Broken, damaged, modified, improperly installed, abused parts are not covered by warranty.
We guarantee that part is in 100% working condition upon arrival to you.
If part that you received does not function as expected and it was not caused by misuse or other user mistake, then you can use our contact form to initiate RMA.
In order to claim warranty
1. Please provide clear photos of the item from all sides, we should be able to easily zoom and see every minor detail, other photos won’t be sufficient
2. Please provide video proof of part not functioning as expected, which clearly demonstrates the issue
3. Please be prepared to answer some questions during investigation process.
Once determined that part is eligible for warranty claim you will receive full refund (excluding shipping) or replacement for this part.
In case of replacement, we reserve the right to send a different part of the similar features as a replacement, as availability might differ from the time of purchase.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return products you’ve purchased in their original condition to the warehouse for a refund. Please use our contact form to initiate return procedure.
- You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If your order qualifies for free shipping, the actual shipping fee will be deducted from the return amount
- Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
- A 10% restocking fee will be charged if you change your mind and decide to return the products.
- Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt),your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
- Please do not send your products back to the manufacturer directly unless there is product warranty under the manufacturer.
- Dealers cannot return order unless the products are faulty.
- All battery sales are final, no returns are accepted

Please be advised that we value our customer satisfaction a lot and our goal is to always find the best solution in the cases when something went wrong, so we strongly advise to communicate with us and we will definitely be able to resolve your issue.
At the same time if you will ever choose to go via PayPal or Credit Card dispute process without trying to cooperate with us in finding the best solution, we reserve the right to refuse all your future orders.
